Dr. Maurice A. Salama completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1985, where he received his BS in Biology. Dr. Salama received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he later received his dual specialty certification in Orthodontics and Periodontics, as well as implant training at the Branemark Center at Penn.
Dr. Salama is currently on the faculties of the University of Pennsylvania and the Medical College of Georgia as Clinical Assistant Professor of Periodontics.

Dr. Ueli Grunder received his DMD degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 1982. His post-graduate education in advanced fixed prosthodontics also came from the University of Zurich, where he is senior lecturer since 1987. He maintains a private practice since 1989 in Zollikon-Zurich together with Dr. Gaberthuel and has published numerous papers and extensively lectured nationally and internationally on the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry.

Dr. Grunder is Past-president of the Swiss Society of Oral Implantology (SSOI) and Past-President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).

Dr. Christian Coachman graduated in Dentistry at the University of Sao Paulo/Brazil in 2002 and in Dental Technology in 1995. He is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Moreover, Dr. Coachman attended the Ceramic Specialization Program instructed by Dr. Dario Adolfi at the Ceramoart Training Centre, where he also became an instructor.

In 1996, he opened his own laboratory. In addition, he worked as a technical consultant of Creation, Willi Geller Ceramics. In 2004, Dr. Coachman was invited by Dr. Goldstein, Garber, and Salama, of Team Atlanta, to become Head Ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for over 4 years. Dr. Coachman has been working with many leading dentists around the world as Dr. Eric Van Dooren (Belgium), Galip Gurel (Turkey),Mauro Fradeani (Italy), Nitzan Bichacho (Israel), Giano and Andrea Ricci (Italy) and Marcelo Calamita(Brazil). Currently he is the scientific coodinator of the e-learning website and works as a consultant for Dental companies and office developing products and implementing concepts and has lectured and published internationally in the fields of esthetic dentistry,dental photography,oral rehabilitation, dental ceramics and implants.

Dr. Pierpaolo Cortellini received his MD from the University of Florence and his speciality in dentistry from the University of Siena (Italy). Formerly teacher of periodontology at the Eastman Dental College, London UK, and at the dept. of periodontology of Berne, CH. Dr Cortellini is currently Secretery of the Accademia Toscana di Ricerca Odontostomatologica (ATRO), Firenze Italy, and founding member of ERGOPERIO.

He is active member and Past President of the Italian Society of Periodontology, Past President of the European Federation of Periodontology, Scientific Chairman of Europerio 6. He runs a private practice in Florence (Italy), with services limited to periodontics. Dr. Cortellini is involved in clinical research in periodontology since 1982, with special emphasis to periodontal regeneration, aesthetics, and diagnosis. Dr. Cortellini lectures extensively on a national and international level, and is the author of more than 100 original publications in scientific journals.
